    • What can I use the hours for?
      Hours can be used for technical services such as editing pages, installing WordPress, helping with plugins, and more. These also can be used for technical screen share calls and minor custom coding. For more advanced 1 on 1 live training calls and advanced coding, there are separate rates for those as they require a higher skill.
    • Do I have to use them within a certain time?
      Nope. These hours never expire, and in fact, you can gift them to someone else if you want to.
    • What if I want a different package
      Just contact me through optimizepressgeek.com/contact and let me know what you want and I'll create a special package just for you.
    • What is the refund policy?
      Hourly service packages are not refundable. Any legitimate requests for a refund will gladly be reviewed, and if a refund is approved, the funds will be returned to you, minus the cost of processing fees (usually between 4% and 6%). Refunds are not guaranteed, but I want to make you happy, so please reach out if you have any problems.
